Intuit's Fall What's New Tour 2010

For the 3rd year, Michelle will be one of the elite, few national trainers for Intuit to go on the What's New for QuickBooks 2010.  Specific dates and cities have not yet been announced, but will be soon!

The Sleeter Conference

Michelle will again present several sessions at the Sleeter Conference, November, 2009 in Orlando, Florida, specifically:

• Preparing for Advanced Certification -- pre-conference session, 8 hours on Nov. 9

Introduction to QuickBooks

• Monthly at Johnson County Community College -- Small Business Development Center (JCCC-SBDC) in Overland Park, Kansas.  The seminar is Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 - 4:30 and covers the following topics:
  • Setting up a new company file & getting started
  • Working with Lists
  • Invoices & Sales Receipts
  • Receiving Payments & Making Deposits
  • Entering/Paying Bills and Writing Checks
  • Using Credit Cards for purchases
  • Reconciling bank & credit card accounts
  • Sales Taxes
  • Reports

Other live seminars at JCCC-SBDC:

• Intermediate QuickBooks (3 hours with small class size -- students are encouraged to bring a back up of their own data file)
• Introduction to QuickBooks for Contractors (all day session--emphasizing job costing details)
• QuickBooks Payroll (how to set up and process payroll)
